1. Educational Purpose
All content is for educational purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding success or earnings.
2. Liability Waiver
Participants accept responsibility for their actions. Tony Talks is not liable for decisions or actions based on provided information.
3. Pricing and VAT
Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Payment Terms
All payments for our speaking events, coaching programs, and digital products must be made in advance or as otherwise agreed in your booking confirmation. Payment confirms your booking or purchase.
5. No Chargeback Policy
By agreeing to this refund policy, you waive your right to initiate a chargeback with your credit card provider or payment processor. Please contact us directly to resolve any issues.
6. Cancellation Policies
Digital Products:
– Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase.
– Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
– Refunds are only available if the product is demonstrably not as described or fails to meet reasonable expectations as outlined in the product description.
– Refunds will be processed within 10 days after your refund request is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you used a credit or debit card, please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.
Coaching Events and Training, and Speaking:
– No Refunds
All payments made by the Client to the Company for the provision of services, courses, or products are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, deposits, partial payments, and full payments, regardless of whether the Client uses the services or attends the courses.
– Cancellations and Non-Attendance
In the event that the Client cancels, fails to attend, or is unable to utilise the services provided by the Company for any reason, the Client shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, or compensation. The Company’s obligation is considered fulfilled upon making the service or course available to the Client as agreed in the contract.
7. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the refund eligibility period.
- If more than 25% of the digital content has been accessed or completed.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences or the inability to achieve specific outcomes
not guaranteed by the course description.
- Claims of lost time, business opportunities, or earnings due to the use of or reliance on the
course.
8. Modifications to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the policy change date.
9. Recording and Use of Content
We reserve the right to record all events and coaching sessions for quality assurance and promotional purposes. By attending our events or participating in coaching programs, you consent to be recorded. Recordings may be used in future marketing materials, and by participating, you waive any rights to compensation.
10. Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid. Tony Talks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We strive to provide high-quality services; however, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the event or coaching program. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including lost earnings or business opportunities, resulting from your participation in our events or coaching programs.
11. Data Protection
We comply with UK data protection laws. Your data is used solely for service delivery and improvement.
12. Photo and Video Consent
Participants consent to being photographed or recorded and grant rights to use the media for any lawful purpose.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond their control (“Force Majeure Event”). Obligations will resume once the event concludes.
14. Disclaimer
Tony Morris has the benefit of having 18+ years of experience in the lettings and marketing industry. While he shares insights based on this extensive experience, he does not guarantee any specific results. All strategies and recommendations provided are for educational purposes, and any outcomes will depend on various factors outside of his control. By participating in our events, coaching programs, or using our digital products, you acknowledge and agree that no guarantees of success or financial gain are being made.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. Recording Prohibition Clause No form of recording is permitted during our events, including but not limited to audio, visual, or any AI-assisted recording methods. By attending, you agree to refrain from using any device or technology to capture or transmit any aspect of the event, whether for personal or commercial purposes. Violations of this policy may result in removal from the event without refund, and further action may be taken to address any unauthorised recordings or distributions.
