Steve McNicholas on Confessions of a Serial Seller
After a successful 30-year executive career across several businesses and industries, Steve McNicholas formed his own consultancy practice, Moldan Consulting, in 2018.
His first book, Recipe for Success, co-authored with New York Times best-selling author Jack Canfield, reached best-seller status in early 2019. His follow-up book, Unlock the SUCCESS Code® – 7 Steps to Succeed in Life and Work, was published in September 2019 and has already achieved best-seller status on Amazon in the UK and US!
Prior to forming his own consulting business, Steve has held several director and executive roles throughout his career, including positions at Santander Group, Royal Bank of Scotland, TransUnion as well as several years in private equity with Vetruvian Partners in London and GTCR in Chicago. He has developed and led successful sales teams across the UK as well as internationally and is now holding a number of non-executive roles as well as advising several organisations on the strategic and commercial challenges they currently face.
Steve McNicholas has continuously sought to develop his business education by attending programmes at The Liverpool University Management School as well as being invited to participate with Harvard Business School in his areas of expertise, sales excellence.
